Her debut collection of poetry, Exhibitionist, is forthcoming Spring 2021 from Coach House Books.
Molly says “I’m so grateful to the hiring team for giving me the opportunity to work at Room as the new Publisher. Now more than ever, our world needs people in influential positions who will actively and dedicatedly oppose bigotry and violence, and I’m humbled to have been entrusted with one such role.
It’s been a long-time goal of mine to work for this magazine, ever since I read it for the first time as an undergraduate student. This is a true ‘wow’ moment for me. I don’t take for granted that these opportunities in our field are few and far between, so I promise to put forward my best effort in the position, and continue to support and facilitate the invaluable work that Room does for our communities. I look forward to learning from Nav, Jess, Jane, Kristin, and the rest of the board, staff, and Collective over the coming weeks and into the future. Thank you for the gracious welcome!”
We are thrilled to welcome Molly, who not only has extensive experience in the literary magazine industry, but upholds values that are essential to the framework of Room magazine as well. Here’s looking to the future.
