35.3 Duality Launch Event October 18th

We are pleased to invite you to attend the launch event for Room 35.3: Duality on the evening of October 18th at 7pm at the W2 Media Café. This third issue in Room’s 35th anniversary year features creative non-fiction by writer and storyteller Ivan Coyote, and an interview with Professor Susan Boyd on drug policy and women’s reproductive rights. Edited by Amber Hitchen and Helen Polychronakos, the poetry, short stories, creative non-fiction, and artwork selected for the issue delve into both the dramatic and nuanced dualities shaping the experiences of women’s lives.

Join us for an interactive writing event where participants will collaboratively create pieces of poetry and short stories in a friendly competition for prizes. Whether you are new to the craft, a seasoned author, or a Room follower, we welcome you to come out and participate in an engaging evening. Space is limited, so please RSVP to the contact below.
