40.3: Migration

Migration is everywhere. From our cells that migrate to form our bodies that move from land to land migrating with the flora and fauna that move from soil to sky. We migrate, change, form and move. As women, migrations taunts us through aging, migration takes us from here to there.

Writers and Artists, share with Room your stories of migration—of moving, forming and changing. Editor Nav Nagra is looking for poetry, fiction, creative non-fiction, and art that explores migration in all its many forms for Room issue 40.3.

Call closes January 31st

We also accept submissions on any theme on an ongoing basis. Chelene Knight will edit issue 40.4.
