Lindsay Glauser Kwan

Lindsay Glauser Kwan is a freelance writer and communications specialist. After graduating from Carleton University with a Bachelor of Arts in art history, she worked extensively in the fashion industry. In 2012, she was an editor of the Vancouver Book Club, the literary section of Vancouver Is Awesome, where she interviewed and reviewed local authors and poets. In 2013, she attended The Writer’s Studio at Simon Fraser University in the narrative non-fiction genre stream, where she worked intensively on a memoir and poetry manuscript. On behalf of Pandora’s Collective Outreach Society, she facilitates regular creative writing workshops at a Vancouver drug and alcohol rehabilitation centre. She has also taught creative writing to children, youth, and adults at various institutions in BC. Currently, she is completing her master’s degree in professional communication from Royal Roads University in Victoria, BC, where she won the Asper Foundation Communications Award in 2015 for her community involvement. Follow her on Twitter. @lindsaygkwan
